Introducing the new Vandal Resistant audio / video digital IP call panel for communication via a Local Area Network (LAN). Using cloud services, communication across the internet can also be achieved with the use of tablets or smartphones running the Videx CloudNected App. Manufactured from 316 marine grade stainless steel incorporating the standard keypad (1-9, enter, 0 and clear buttons) the digital IP panel is also available with either alpha buttons A-F or name scroll facility. The digital IP call panel includes a wide-angle high-resolution colour camera (with an 80° vertical viewing angle and 170° horizontal viewing angle) and includes bright white illumination LEDs. Other panel features include call progress voice annunciation and acoustic signals, an intuitive and easy-to-follow blue back-lit 128 x 64 pixel LCD graphical display and built-in RFID proximity reader capable of storing up to 10,000 user fobs. There are two relay outputs and two free inputs which can be used for a variety of functions such as door / gate release and activation of auxiliary functions. The panels include a unique programmable address book for up to 10,000 users and is configurable via a PC. With SIP 2.0 protocol support the digital IP panels can be connected to phones and VOIP switchboards while standard RTSP protocol allows transmission of the video stream towards third party devices. The Vandal Resistant 4000 series panel versions, 4514 and 4514R, are compatible with the 4000 series 2 module surface (4882) and flush (4852) back box range.
