MyShield Integrated is a pre-configured, plug-and-play peripheral smoke solution designed to integrate effortlessly with both wired and wireless alarm systems. This variant of MyShield functions as a peripheral device, ensuring it does not impact the overall grading of an existing alarm system. Pre-installed with a multi-core alarm cable for quick and easy installation, MyShield Integrated takes power directly from the the onboard batteries when used with wired or wireless systems. Once activated, MyShield instantly fills the premises with harmless yet highly disorientating smoke, accompanied by flashing lights and repeated audio alerts. The ESPL06219 MyShield Smoke Canister (sold separately) is easy to replace and produces smoke that is non-toxic, non-stick, and non-lingering. Normally Open (NO) circuit, going closed to trigger (to avoid accidental smoke discharge). Replace the ESPL06219 MyShield Smoke Canister and 6 x CR123A Batteries every five years or after smoke deployment. The motion sensor is disabled in this configuration.
